1. General Ethical Principles
The Lexgovia Journal is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, objectivity, fairness, and confidentiality throughout the publication process. The journal adheres to the ethical guidelines and best practices issued by COPE.
2. Authors’ Responsibilities
Authors submitting manuscripts to the Lexgovia Journal are required to:
- Ensure that their work is original and properly cited.
- Avoid plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, and other forms of research misconduct.
- Accurately acknowledge all individuals who meet the criteria for authorship.
- Disclose any potential conflicts of interest and sources of research funding.
- Refrain from submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously.
3. Editors’ Responsibilities
Editors are responsible for:
- Evaluating manuscripts fairly, objectively, and without discrimination.
