ANALISIS PERAN KEPEMIMPINAN VISIONER DALAM MEMBANGUN INOVASI GENERASI MUDA DI TENGAH DISRUPSI TEKNOLOGI
Abstract
Technological disruption, characterized by the acceleration of digitalization, artificial intelligence, and the transformation of work systems, requires young generations to develop adaptive and sustainable innovation capacities. This study aims to analyze the role of visionary leadership in fostering youth innovation within this dynamic context. The research employs a qualitative method with a literature study approach, involving the analysis of various scholarly sources, including journals, books, and research reports. The findings indicate that visionary leadership plays a strategic role in providing clear direction, enhancing intrinsic motivation, and promoting an innovation-driven culture through collaboration and effective technology use. Furthermore, visionary leaders act as catalysts in developing creativity, critical thinking, and digital literacy. Organizational environments shaped by such leadership are more adaptive to change and open to innovation. Thus, it contributes significantly to forming proactive youth as change agents in this era. These findings highlight implications for education and youth organizational development strategies.
